新发展格局下吉安巩固提升电子信息首位产业面临的难题及对策研究

A Research on the Difficulties Faced by Ji'an City in Consolidating and Promoting the Primary Industry of Electronic Information in the Context of the New Development Pattern

数字经济大力发展背景下,国内外电子信息产业蓬勃发展,电子信息产业在吉安实现了“从无到有、从有到优”的蝶变。基于对吉安市电子信息产业的SWOT分析,本文得出新发展格局下吉安巩固提升电子信息首位产业面临的三大难题:技术迭代、产业转移和附加值转移。结合文本挖掘方法,本文认为解决产业转移的难题主要通过组合政策、产业和区位三方优势完善产业链,优化营商环境,以及培育壮大龙头企业;解决技术迭代和附加值转移的难题主要通过加强人才引进政策、加大创新投入、促进企业转型等。

In the context of the vigorous development of the digital economy,the electronic information industry both at home and abroad has flourished,and that of Ji’an City has undergone a complete transformation,growing out of nothing and getting outstanding.Based on a SWOT analysis of the electronic information industry in Ji'an City,this paper concludes that Ji'an City faces three major challenges in consolidating and promoting the electronic information industry as the first industry,namely,technological iteration,industrial transfer,and value-added transfer.Combining text mining methods,it believes that the difficulty of industrial transfer can be solved by combining the advantages of policy,industry,and location to improve the industrial chain,optimize the business environment,and cultivate and expand leading enterprises;and the other two difficulties can be overcome by improving introduction policies for professionals,increasing innovation investment,and promoting enterprise transformation.
