肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力与职业倦怠的相关性研究

Correlation between medical narrative competence and job burnout of oncology nurses

目的:调查肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力现状,探讨其与职业倦怠的相关性,为提升肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力提供一定参考依据。方法:采用便利抽样法选择宁夏地区6所三级医院肿瘤科228名护士作为调查对象,运用肿瘤科护士一般资料调查表、医护人员医学叙事能力量表、马氏职业倦怠量表进行问卷调查。结果:共回收问卷228份,有效问卷228份,有效回收率为100.00%。肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力总分为(158.72±21.30)分,职业倦怠感总分为(61.86±17.52)分。医学叙事能力总分与职业倦怠中的情感衰竭、去人格化呈低度负相关(r=-0.395,P<0.01),与低个人成就感呈中度正相关(r=0.497,P<0.01)。结论:肿瘤科护士医学叙事能力处于中等偏上水平,与职业倦怠中的情感衰竭和去人格化低度负相关,与低个人成就感呈中度正相关。建议护理管理者开展医学叙事能力培训工作的同时,关注护理人员的职业倦怠感,重视个人成就感在提升医学叙事能力方面的优势,多维度提高护理人员医学叙事能力。

Objective:To investigate the status quo of the medical narrative competence of oncology nurses,explore its correlation with job burnout,and provide reference for improving the medical narrative ability of oncology nurses.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to select 228 nurses from the oncology department in 6 third grade hospitals in Ningxia as the subjects.The general data questionnaire for oncology nurses,the Narrative Competence Scale(NCS),and the Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)were used to conduct questionnaire surveys.Results:A total of 228 questionnaires were recovered,228 valid questionnaires,and the effective recovery rate was 100.00%.The total score of NCS was(158.72±21.30),and the total score of MBI was(61.86±17.52).The dimensions of medical narrative competence were negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in job burnout(r=-0.395,P<0.01)and moderately positively correlated with low personal accomplishment(r=0.497,P<0.01).Conclusions:The medical narrative competence of oncology nurses was at the upper-middle level,negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion and dehumanization in job burnout,and moderately positively correlated with low personal accomplishment.During developing medical narrative competence training,nursing managers should pay attention to the job burnout of nursing staff and the advantages of personal accomplishment in improving medical narrative competence,then improve the medical narrative competence of nursing staff in multiple dimensions.
