西藏拉萨市经济发展与生态环境耦合度分析

Analysis of the Coupling Degree of Economic Development and Ecological Environment in Lhasa, Tibet

在构建经济发展与生态环境建设耦合协调综合评价指标体系基础上,采用熵值法计算各指标权重,对拉萨市经济发展与生态环境系统进行综合评价分析;运用耦合协调模型,定量分析拉萨市经济发展与生态环境建设系统间的耦合协调特征及其规律。结果表明:2010—2019年拉萨市经济发展与生态环境综合评价指数保持稳定上升;耦合变化趋势大致是中度失调发展为良好协调;耦合协调类变化趋势是环境损益型发展为环境滞后型。

On the basis of constructing a coupled and coordinated comprehensive evaluation index system of economic development and ecological environment construction,the entropy value method was used to calculate the weights of each index and conduct a comprehensive evaluation analysis of the economic development and ecological environment system of Lhasa city;using the coupled coordination model,the coupled coordination characteristics between the economic development and ecological environment construction system of Lhasa city and its laws were quantitatively analyzed.The results show that:the comprehensive evaluation index of economic development and ecological environment in Lhasa city maintained a stable increase from 2010 to 2019;the coupling change trend is roughly from moderate disorder to good coordination;the coupling coordination class change trend is from environmental loss and gain type to environmental lag type.
