Strategic Adjustment Measures for the Steel Industry in the Context of Supply-Side

钢铁行业从2012年开始,逐渐走向低迷,行业整体出现了严重亏损。在这一阶段,钢铁行业内的各个企业都面临着生存与发展难题,而其中最为显著的问题便是供需关系被打破,供给侧产能过剩。为了解决这一问题,使钢铁行业恢复生机,继续发挥钢铁行业在国民经济发展中的积极作用,2015年12月,中央颁布了“推进供给侧结构性改革”相关政策。简要介绍了供给侧改革前钢铁行业的发展状况,详细阐述了钢铁行业供给侧改革政策实践及成果,提出更具体、更细化的战略性调整对策,以期钢铁行业通过改革,实现转型发展。

The iron and steel industry has been in a gradual downturn since 2012,with the industry as a whole experiencing relatively serious losses.At this stage,all enterprises in the steel industry were facing development and survival problems,the most significant of which was the breakdown of the supply and demand relationship and the overcapacity on the supply side.In order to address this issue and bring the steel industry back to life and continue to play a positive role in the development of the national economy,in December 2015,the central government issued a policy on"promoting supply-side structural reform".This paper briefly introduces the development of the steel industry before the supply-side reform,elaborates on the policy practices and results of the supply-side reform in the steel industry,and proposes more specific and detailed strategic adjustment measures,with a view to transforming the steel industry through the reform.
