一种航空发动机压气机多异位槽的加工方法

摘要 一种航空发动机压气机多异位槽较窄、较深、较小、不规则,位置不固定,没有合适的刀具可以快捷加工到位。如采用35°锐角刀具,需要多次对刀,每增加一次对刀,均较花时间精力,精度控制会增加难度。在用小R刀具切割大R的槽时,容易产生过切的区域。基于此,提出一种多异位槽的加工方法。此加工方法在使用过程中操作简单、方便,又能保证其加工精度,不仅能够保证航空发动机压气机这种(多异位)槽的加工要求,提高劳动生产率和质量,而且便于生产现场的工装管理,降低加工成本。 An aero-engine compressor multi-isotope slot is narrower,deeper,smaller,irregular and not fixed in position,and there is no suitable tool for quick turning in place.Such as the use of 35°acute angle tool,need multiple tool setting,each increase in tool setting,are more time and effort,precision control will increase the difficulty.When cutting large R grooves with small R tools,it is easy to produce areas of overcutting.Based on this,a method of machining multiple heterogeneous slots is proposed.This machining method is simple and easy to operate during use,and also ensures its machining accuracy,which not only ensures the machining requirements of such(multi-isotope)slots in aero-engine compressors,improves labour productivity and quality,but also facilitates tooling management at the production site and reduces machining costs.
