摘要
国企的科研管理工作是保障企业顺利开展科技创新的基础,是保证企业在市场上时刻具备核心竞争力的压舱石。分析了企业科研管理中现存的主要问题,提出了一系列提升企业科研管理水平的措施,以期确保企业长期健康向上发展。
The scientific research management of state-owned enterprises is the basis to ensure the smooth development of scientific and technological innovation,and is the ballast to ensure the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market at all times.The main problems existing in the management of enterprise scientific research are analyzed,and a series of measures to improve the level of enterprise scientific research management are proposed to ensure the long-term healthy upward development of enterprises.
