摘要
针对煤矿大采高工作面开采受断层影响的问题,对断层分布进行了全面勘探,通过对采高进行控制、振动爆破和直接割煤等方式,运用单向割煤回采工艺,直接通过断层。实践表明,选择使用直接过断层的方式,有效降低了工作面搬家工作量,推动工作面连续推进,提升了煤炭资源的采出率,对类似工作面通过断层提供了参考。
In view of the problem that the mining of large working face in coal mines is affected by faults,a comprehensive exploration of the distribution of faults was carried out,and the one-way coal cutting and retrieval process was applied to pass the faults directly by controlling the mining height,vibration blasting and direct coal cutting.Practice shows that the choice of using direct fault passage effectively reduces the workface moving workload,promotes the continuous advance of the workface,improves the coal resource recovery rate and provides a reference for similar workfaces to pass through faults.
