加热条件下盐溶液水分蒸发速率影响因素的实验研究

摘要 通过在不同条件下测定盐溶液水分蒸发速率,分析加热温度、盐浓度和盐种类3种影响盐溶液水分蒸发速率的因素,构建盐溶液蒸发速率的大致模型。结果表明,在55~95℃温度区间内,实验条件下的纯水蒸发平均速率与温度大致呈线性关系,当盐溶液接近饱和时,盐浓度越高,水分蒸发速率越低,且不同盐种类对盐溶液水分蒸发速率的影响较大。 By measuring the water evaporation rate of salt solution under different conditions,analyzing three factors that affect the water evaporation rate of salt solution:heating temperature,salt concentration,and salt type,a rough model of the evaporation rate of salt solution was constructed.The results show that the average evaporation rate of pure water under experimental conditions is approximately linearly related to temperature within the temperature range of 55 to 95℃.When the salt solution approaches saturation,the higher the salt concentration,the lower the water evaporation rate,and different salt types have a greater impact on the water evaporation rate of the salt solution.
