摘要
坚持以就业需求为导向开展药学专业学生能力培养属于一项重要的教育任务,对提高药学专业学生能力具有积极作用,同时可以不断完善各个教育环节与流程,达到提高药学专业人才培养水平的目标。基于此,深入分析了以就业需求为导向开展药学专业学生能力培养的重要意义,并且针对药学领域发展对学生的专业能力需求情况进行了调查统计,提出了相关教育策略,助推药学专业学生能力培养水平持续提升。
It is an important educational task to carry out the ability training of pharmacy students based on employment demand,which plays a positive role in improving the ability of pharmacy students.At the same time,it can constantly improve all educational links and processes to achieve the goal of improving the training level of pharmacy professionals.Based on this,the importance of employment demand-oriented ability training of pharmacy students was analyzed in depth,and a survey was conducted to investigate and analyze the professional ability requirements of students for the development of the pharmaceutical field.Relevant education strategies were proposed to promote the continuous improvement of the ability training level of pharmacy students.
