黄河流域文化产业与旅游产业协调发展研究

Research on the Coordinated Development of Cultural Industry and Tourism Industry in the Yellow River Basin

基于2010—2018年文旅产业相关数据,以黄河流域沿线九省(区)为研究对象,构建文化产业与旅游产业发展评价指标体系,采用耦合协调模型,对黄河流域文化产业与旅游产业耦合协调水平进行了实证分析。研究表明:黄河流域各省(区)两个产业发展水平表现出稳步上升趋势,整体发展水平偏低;黄河流域产业耦合协调等级较低,大多处在濒临失调、轻度失调、勉强协调、初级协调和中级协调水平,缺乏高耦合等级水平;总体上看,旅游产业发展滞后于文化产业。为此,黄河流域各省(区)应立足国家战略,不断补齐文化和旅游产业发展短板,推动两个产业融合协调发展。

This research empirically analyzed the coupling coordination level between cultural industry and tourism industry in the Yellow River Basin with the coupling coordination model based on construction of the evaluation index system of cultural industry and tourism industry development with data of cultural tourism industry from 2010 to 2018 and nine provinces along the Yellow River Basin as the research object.The results show that the development level of the two industries in the provinces appears a steady upward trend but with low overall development level,and the development of tourism industry lags behind the cultural industry.It also shows that the industries lack high coupling level,and the industries in most of provinces are on the verge of imbalance,mild imbalance,reluctant coordination,primary coordination,or intermediate coordination.Therefore,the nine provinces should promote the coordinated development of the two industries based on the national strategies by constantly addressing weakness in the development of cultural industry and tourism industry.
