王邦瑞为官勤政爱民,注重改善民生,振兴文教,平反冤狱,建设边防,且直言敢谏,积极为君献策。除了相关史料、地方志的记载,收录于《王襄毅公集》中的诗文亦可作为其生平考证的重要参考文献,有利于对王邦瑞本人进行客观公正的评价。

Diligent and benevolent Wang Bangrui,the Henan Provincial Minister of War in Ming Dynasty,made great contributions to improving people’s livelihood,revitalizing culture and education,redressing unjust verdicts,and building frontier defense.He also actively offered advices to the Monarch.This paper selects Collection of Wang Xiangyi as the research material,and analyzes the poetry and prose as important historical documents for further research on the life of Wang Bangrui to give an objective evaluation on Wang Bangrui.
