中国物流业高质量发展的水平测度及空间分布

Level Measurement and Spatial Distribution of High-Quality Development of Logistics Industry in China

基于2013—2020年中国31个省份的面板数据,构建了中国物流业高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法测算五个维度及综合发展指数并揭示其区域分布特征,采用全局莫兰指数和局部莫兰指数分析了中国物流业高质量发展的空间相关性。结果显示:中国物流业高质量发展水平在空间上存在明显的区域差异,呈现“东高西低、南高北低”的分布格局;中国物流业高质量发展呈现正相关关系,具有显著的空间集聚效应,但随着时间的推移,物流业高质量发展的空间集聚特征逐渐减弱;中国物流业高质量发展水平并未发生较大规模的空间演变,虽总体发展水平稳中有升,但各地区物流业集聚效应不够显著,全国范围内地区物流交流和联系不够紧密,尚未形成高质量的物流业发展联动机制。为此,要强化物流基础设施建设、加快物流基础革新、构建区域物流协同发展机制,为促进“十四五”时期中国物流业高质量发展提供政策依据和精准路径。

Based on the panel data from 2013 to 2020 of thirty-one provinces in China's Mainland,this research constructed the evaluation index system of high-quality development of logistics industry in China.This research used the entropy method to measure the five dimensions and comprehensive development index and reveal its regional distribution characteristics,and analyzed the spatial correlation of high-quality development of logistics industry with the global Moran index and local Moran index.The results show that there are obvious regional differences in the high-quality development level of the logistics industry in space,showing a distribution pattern of“high in the east and south but low in the west and north”,and the high-quality development of the logistics industry shows a positive correlation and has a significant spatial agglomeration effect.However,the spatial agglomeration characteristics have gradually weaken.The research also shows that the high-quality development level of the logistics industry has not undergone a large-scale spatial evolution.Although the overall development level has risen steadily,the agglomeration effect of the logistics industry in various regions is not significant.Meanwhile,the regional logistics exchanges and links across the country are not close enough,and there lacks the linkage mechanism for high-quality logistics industry development.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of logistics infrastructure,accelerate the innovation of logistics infrastructure,and build a coordinated development mechanism of regional logistics,so as to provide policy basis and accurate path for promoting the high-quality development of the logistics industry during the period of 14th Five-Year Plan.
