摘要
为探索芯模振动成型高强混凝土排水管的可行性,结合实际生产经验,确定了C70混凝土配合比和芯模振动成型参数,试制了6根公称内径为1500 mm的钢筋混凝土排水管,在覆盖淋水和自然养护条件下,分别测试了同条件养护立方体试块和管体芯样强度。结果表明:芯模振动工艺在满足质量控制要求情况下,可以成型高强混凝土的排水管;覆盖淋水养护较自然养护更有利于管体混凝土强度的增长。
In order to explore the feasibility of forming high-strength concrete sewer pipes by core mold vibration technology,combined with actual production experience,the C70 concrete mix proportion and core mold vibration molding parameters were determined,and six reinforced concrete sewer pipes with a nominal inner diameter of 1500 mm were trial-produced.Under the conditions of wet covering and natural curing,the strength of the same curing blocks and the core drilling blocks were tested respectively.The results show that the high-strength reinforced concrete sewer pipes can be formed by the core mold vibration technology under the condition of meeting the quality control requirements.Wet covering curing is more conducive to the strength growth of pipe concrete than natural curing.
