光伏发电系统的LCOE及最优容配比分析 被引量:2

ANALYSIS OF OPTIMAL PV POWER TO INVERTER POWER RATIO AND LCOE OF PV POWER GENERATION SYSTEM

摘要 传统光伏发电系统的容配比一般按1:1及以下比例设计,因存在光资源不足、系统损耗、弃光限电等情况,常导致交流侧输出功率无法达到额定工况,从而造成资源浪费。以光资源实测数据的分析及处理为基础,解析计算光伏发电系统发电量及弃光率,创新性得到了弃光率、年均发电量、弃光电量等参数与容配比的函数关系,并以平准化度电成本(LCOE)为寻优目标,综合弃光率、光伏发电系统衰减率、直流侧损耗、项目增值税抵扣、运营成本等因素,采用曲线拟合方法定量分析了LCOE与容配比之间的强相关函数关系,进而确定了最优容配比。结果表明:通过曲线拟合方法,可得到准确的最小LCOE,进而确定最优容配比。 The PV power to inverter power ratio of traditional PV power generation systems is generally designed at a ratio of 1:1 or below.Due to insufficient sunlight resources,system losses,and power curtailment,the output power on the AC side often cannot reach the rated working condition,resulting in resource waste.Based on the analysis and processing of measured data of sunlight resources,this paper analyzes and calculates the power generation capacity and ungrid-connected rate of PV power generation systems.It innovatively obtains the functional relationship between the ungrid-connected rate,annual average power generation capacity,ungrid-connected power generation capacity and the PV power to inverter power ratio,and takes the levelized cost of energy(LCOE)as the optimization goal,taking into account factors such as ungrid-connected rate,performance degradation rate of PV power generation systems,DC side losses,project value-added tax deduction,and operating costs,the strong correlation function relationship between LCOE and PV power to inverter power ratio is quantitatively analyzed using curve fitting method,and the optimal PV power to inverter power ratio is determined.The results indicate that the accurate minimum LCOE can be obtained through curve fitting method,thereby determining the optimal PV power to inverter power ratio.
