针对我国农村图书馆发展的“弱持续性”以及评估普遍缺位现象,文章通过归纳国内外农村图书馆的评估研究与实践,从评估内容、评估指标、评估工具、评估方式四方面对农村图书馆的评估研究与实践进行阐释,指出我国农村图书馆评估应遵循“需求—输入—过程—输出—影响”的逻辑,运用绩效评估并结合成效评估方法,秉持以读者为中心,注重图书馆服务数据管理、文化传承评估及空间评估,探寻我国农村图书馆的评估方向与路径,构建评估模型,以期为我国开展农村图书馆评估提供借鉴。

In view of the"weak sustainability"of rural library development and the general lack of assessment in China,the article summarizes the assessment research and practice of rural libraries at home and abroad,and explains the assessment research and practice of rural libraries in four aspects:assessment content,assessment index,assessment tools,and assessment methods.It is pointed out that the evaluation of rural libraries in China should follow the logic of"demand-input-process-output-impact",use performance evaluation and combine with effectiveness evaluation methods,uphold the reader-centered approach,focus on library service data management,cultural heritage assessment and spatial assessment,explore the direction and path of assessment for rural libraries in China,and construct an assessment model with a view to providing a reference for conducting rural library assessment in China.
