智慧图书馆驱动下老年读者服务创新研究

Research on Innovation Service for the Elderly Readers Driven by Smart

图书馆是老年人汲取文化食粮、丰富精神文化生活的重要场所,但受制于生理条件、教育水平和数字公共服务发展状况等因素,传统图书馆在服务老年读者方面存在诸多局限。智慧图书馆的泛在互联特征、智能设备嵌入和大数据的应用为图书馆提升老年读者服务工作能力和质量提供了支撑。智慧图书馆驱动下老年读者服务应以智慧空间服务为基础、以智慧文献服务为重点、以智慧信息服务为延伸,构建起面向老年读者的智慧阅读服务体系。为了实现这一目标,文章认为需要从加强老年读者服务宣传、培育专业的智慧馆员、优化老年人智慧阅读服务体验、加大老年读者信息保护力度等多方面着力。

Library is an important place for the elderly to gain cultural food and enrich the spiritual life.However,due to the physiological conditions,education level and digital public service,the traditional library has many limitations in serving for the elderly readers.The ubiquitous interconnection features of smart libraries,the embedding of smart devices and the application of big data have created possibilities for improving the service ability and service quality for elderly readers.Driven by the smart library,the elderly reader service should be based on the smart space service,focus on the smart document service,and extend the smart information service to build a smart reading service system for the elderly readers.In order to achieve this goal,efforts should be made in many aspects,such as strengthening the publicity of the service for the elderly readers,cultivating professional smart librarians,optimizing the experience of the smart reading service for the elderly,and strengthening the information protection for the elderly readers.
