摘要 文章分析了全民阅读背景下阅读推广人管理的必要性,并结合人才管理理念与阅读推广人的职业特点总结了阅读推广人的管理内涵,提出了以总体规划、招募、培训、资质认定、开展阅读推广活动、评价、激励措施为主体的阅读推广人管理流程,最后借鉴访谈专家的建议,针对各管理环节提出了具体的管理策略,以期为今后的相关管理工作提供有益参考。 This paper analyzes the necessity of in-depth promotion of the management of reading promoters under the background of nationwide reading,summarizes the connotation of the management of reading promoters by combining the concept of talent management with the professional characteristics of reading promoters,and puts forward the management process of reading promoters which takes overall planning,recruitment,training,qualification identification,carrying out reading promotion activities,evaluation and incentive measures as the main body.Finally,based on the advice of the experts,specific management strategies are proposed for each management link,hoping to provide reference for the future related management work.
