Analysis on Patent Quality Benchmarking of Typical Coastal Power Generation Companies

本文选取甲、乙集团在沿海区域拥有百万机组的5家国内一流发电公司专利质量为对标分析对象,从专利申请数量、趋势、专利类型、技术主题、重点专利布局、专利市场价值、创新战略等维度全面对标,全景分析其优势和短板。5家发电公司2017—2021年专利申请数最多141项,最少47项,专利质量总体处于行业领先水平。乙集团所属的2家发电公司专利质量2020年后进步较快,有一定的优势。甲集团所属3家发电公司需要进一步加强对专利质量重视,并在人均发明专利数、聚焦主要技术领域、提升专利价值方面持续努力,打造核心竞争力,加快培育知识产权竞争力强的世界一流企业。

This paper selects the patent quality of five domestic first-class power generation companies with 1000 MW units owned by Group A and Group B in the coastal area as the benchmarking analysis object,and comprehensively analyzes their advantages and disadvantages in terms of the number of patent applica⁃tions,trends,patent types,technical themes,key patent layout,patent market value,innovation strategy and other dimensions.From 2017 to 2021,among the five power generation companies,a maximum of 141 pat⁃ents and a minimum of 47 patents were applied for.The patent quality of the five power generation compa⁃nies sets the pace for the industry.The two power generation companies affiliated with Group B,with certain advantages,have made rapid progress in patent quality since 2020.The three power generation companies un⁃der Group A need to further attach importance to patent quality,and continue to make efforts in terms of per capita invention patents,major technical fields,and patent value enhancement,to build core competitive⁃ness,and accelerate the development into world-class enterprises with strong intellectual property competitive⁃ness.
