摘要
本文以保德煤矿8号煤81202备用回采面回采前的奥灰水超前防范工程实践为例,依据矿井水文地质和采煤面实际情况,进行风险超前分析研判。通过不同物探方法的优缺点分析对比,选择了符合矿井实际的两种物探电法进行设计和施工,同时科学地分析并确定了物探和钻探勘验的深度和范围。使用定向钻机对底板异常区进行规范的钻孔设计和工程施工,并实时化探跟进验证,为安全回采提供了现实依据,也为后续下层煤的回采积累了宝贵的数据资料。该矿多年来带压开采不断完善奥灰水防治技术体系,逐渐形成了超前评价、物探先行、钻探验证、化探跟进“四位一体”的底板奥灰水防治技术理念和管理机制,对其他矿井有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper takes the advanced prevention engineering practice of ordovician limestone water before backup mining face 81202 of No.8 coal seam in Baode Coal Mine as an example,and analyzes risk in ad⁃vance based on mine hydrogeology and mining face conditions.After analysis and comparison of the advantag⁃es and disadvantages of different geophysical exploration methods,two electrical geophysical exploration meth⁃ods in line with mine conditions are selected for design and construction.Besides,the depth and scope of geophysical exploration and drilling surveys are scientifically analyzed and determined.The directional drilling machine is used for standard drilling design and construction in the abnormal area of floor,which is fol⁃lowed by geochemical exploration for verification from time to time,to provide a practical basis for safe min⁃ing and collect valuable data for subsequent mining of lower coal seam.With continuous improvement of the prevention and control technology system of ordovician limestone water under pressure mining over the years,the mine gradually forms the concept and management mechanism of floor ordovician limestone water preven⁃tion and control technology in a"four-in-one"(including advanced evaluation,geophysical exploration in ad⁃vance,drilling for verification,follow-up geochemical exploration)manner,which is meaningful for other mines.
