国能南河电厂3号水轮机卡门涡异常噪声处理

摘要 国能大渡河新能源投资有限公司南河水力发电厂于2020年对3号水轮机转轮进行了更新改造,改造后试运行时转轮产生异常噪声和共振,经检测是由于水轮机转轮叶片卡门涡造成的。在咨询国内水轮机相关专家并参照黄坛口电站转轮卡门涡处理经验的同时,仔细分析了3号水轮机转轮卡门涡的规律和特点,制定了一套处理方案,为了既能有效消除卡门涡,又能确保转轮叶片强度,采用少量多次对转轮叶片出水边修型的方式进行处理。历经3次修型后开机试验卡门涡现象完全消除,经过72 h试运行,机组各部振动、摆度、噪声、温度等参数均低于国家标准,最终彻底解决了卡门涡现象,达到了预期效果。 Nanhe Hydropower Plant under CHN Energy Daduhe New Energy Investment Co.,Ltd.underwent renovation of#3 hydroturbine runner in 2020.Unfortunately,the runner developed noise and resonance in the subsequent test run,which happened due to the hydroturbine blade Karman vortex.In combination with comments of domestic hydroturbine experts and experience of dealing with the runner Karman vortex in Huangtankou Power Station,an adequate solution taking into account the actual operation of the Karman vor⁃tex of#3 hydroturbine was formulated.This solution was designed to make more than one attempt to reshape the outlet edge of the runner blade so as to effectively eliminate the Karman vortex,and ensure the strength of the runner blades as well.After three attempts to reshape the outlet edge,the startup test was successful⁃ly completed as no Karman vortex was found.After 72hrs'test run,the unit operated well with the vibra⁃tion,swing,noise,temperature and other parameters working better than the national standard.
