摘要 本文针对黄骅港4000 t/h堆料机回转水平轮损坏的原因进行分析,首先介绍了堆料机回转水平轮的结构,其次建立了回转水平轮的几何模型,对回转水平轮进行结构有限元分析,找到水平轮的应力集中点,分析损坏的原因。在轮系轴承系统结构中,通常将轴及轴承作为受力和分析的重点,几乎没有学者研究轴承系统隔套的受力情况。在本文的分析过程中,被人忽视的隔套才是造成堆料机回转水平轮损坏的关键零件,针对该问题,亟须引起轮系轴承系统设计和机械制造行业的重视。 This paper reviews why the 4000 t/h stacker in Huanghua Port experienced breakdown of its rotat⁃ing horizontal wheel.For this purpose,the paper introduces the structure of the rotating horizontal wheel of the stacker,establishes the geometric modeling of the rotating horizontal wheel again,followed by the structur⁃al finite element analysis of the rotating horizontal wheel to figure out the stress concentration point of the horizontal wheel,and analyze the reasons for the damage.In the structure of the wheel bearing system,the shaft and bearings are usually regarded as the focus of stress and analysis.Researchers seldom have conduct⁃ed study on how the bearing system spacer bush is stressed.This paper focuses on the spacer bush being ig⁃nored,concluding that it is the key component leading to breakdown of the rotating horizontal wheel of the stacker.This case urgently needs to be taken seriously by wheel bearing system designers and mechanical manufacturing industry professionals.
