基于社区协同发展视角的地质公园开发问题研究

Research on the Problems of Geoparks′Exploiting from the Perspective of Community Collaborative Development

地质公园是区域景观保护和促进组织,其目的是利用地质旅游产品进行地质遗产保护、地质教育和可持续区域发展。利用Scopus数据库分析发现,地质公园研究仍然被牢牢地定位在地球科学领域,并未对其与社区和景观的关系进行客观、专业的解释。而这种情况导致了对地质公园中社区作用及其景观价值的研究空白。据此提出了3个观点:(1)地质遗产不能与人们的活动和影响脱钩;(2)地质公园不是处于没有社区的环境中;(3)评估地质公园的可持续区域发展需要更多地关注社区。归根结底,有必要超越地球科学的范畴,来改变我们对地质公园的社会价值及其可持续发展潜力的理解。

Geopark is a regional landscape protection and promotion organization,whose purpose is to use geological tourism products for geological heritage protection,geological education,and sustainable regional development.The Scopus database analysis shows that geopark research is still firmly located in the field of earth science,and there is no objective and professional explanation of its relationship with the community and landscape.However,this situation leads to the research blank of the role of community and its landscape value in geopark.This paper puts forward three viewpoints:(1)geological heritage cannot be decoupled from people′s activities and influences;(2)geopark is not in a community-free environment;(3)to evaluate the sustainable regional development of geopark,more attention should be paid to communities.In the final analysis,it is necessary to go beyond the scope of earth science to change our understanding of the social value and sustainable development potential of geopark.
