在水利工程运行过程中,管理效率的提高不仅与人们的生活质量直接相关,同时也关系到水资源的可持续利用。当前,我国水利工程项目数量逐渐增加,但运行管理中依然存在大量弊端,阻碍了水资源的有效运用。基于此,主要以运行管理、可持续利用水资源为核心展开分析,旨在为水利工程管理工作的顺利展开提供理论基础。

During the operation of water conservancy projects,the improvement of management efficiency was not only directly related to people’s quality of life,but also related to the sustainable use of water resources.At present,the number of water conservancy projects in China was increasing gradually,but there were still a lot of drawbacks in operation and management,which hinder the effective use of water resources.Therefore,mainly focused on operation management and sustainable utilization of water resources,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the smooth development of water conservancy project management.
