探究提升农业气象灾害预测能力的有效措施

Exploring Effective Measures to Improve Prediction Ability of Agro-meteorological Disasters

在农业生产中,农作物的正常生长发育依赖有利的气象条件,当气象条件不能满足农作物生长需求时就会导致农作物减产、品质降低。因此,在农业生产中监测、预防农业气象灾害,减轻农业气象灾害对农作物生长、成熟的负面影响十分重要。从农业气象灾害预测重要性分析入手,简要论述了农业气象灾害预测技术发展与应用的现实状况,并从发展现代农业、强化气象信息预警能力、增强风险防范能力、采取长效性的应对措施、推进预测技术升级五大方面提出了提升农业气象灾害预测能力的有效措施。

In agricultural production,the normal growth and development of crops depends on favorable meteorological conditions.When the meteorological conditions cannot meet the needs of crop growth,it will lead to reduced yield and quality of crops.Therefore,it is very important to monitor and prevent agrometeorological disasters in agricultural production and reduce the negative impact of agrometeorological disasters on the growth and maturity of crops.Starting from the analysis of the importance of agricultural meteorological disaster forecasting,this paper briefly discusses the development and application of agricultural meteorological disaster forecasting technology.The five aspects of forecasting technology upgrade describe the effective measures to improve the forecasting ability of agro-meteorological disasters.
