摘要
老城区地铁站域因其优质区位和人口大量集聚的特征,具有不可估量的经济效益和社会效益,是“双碳”目标下城市建设的重要节点区域,很有必要对地铁站域空间进行优化。以“双碳”为目标,构建老城区地铁站域低碳评价指标体系。以南京张府园地铁站域为例,进行低碳评价,明确“双碳”目标下老城区地铁站域优化原则与思路,提出张府园地铁站域优化策略:顺应时代发展,改造既有建筑、更新服务设施;拓展建筑功能、建设立体绿化;打造智慧交通、普及可再生能源使用。优化策略或可为城市绿色低碳发展提供借鉴。
With the characteristics of high-quality location and population agglomeration,the subway station area in the old city has huge economic and social benefits,and influences cities to achieve the "dual-carbon" goal.This paper proposes the necessity of optimizing the subway station space under the "dual-carbon" goal,and constructs a low-carbon evaluation index system for subway stations in the old urban area.By conducting a low-carbon evaluation on the station area of Nanjing Zhangfuyuan Metro Station,the author clarifies the optimization principles and ideas,and puts forward the optimization strategy:adapt to the development of the times,renovate existing buildings and update service,cilities;expand building functions and build three-dimensional greening;create smart transportation and popularize the use of renewable energy.The optimization strategy will provide a reference for the green and low-carbon development of the city.
