城景融合区域内村落空间资源活化及其治理策略研究——以武汉东湖风景区磨山村为例

Study on the Activation of Village Space Resources and Its Governance Strategy in the Cityscape Integration Area:Taking Moshan Village in Wuhan east lake scenic area as an Example

城市型风景区与城区逐步呈现协调共生的融合趋势,城景融合区域作为二者联动的过渡空间具有重要的枢纽作用。以武汉市东湖风景区磨山村作为实证研究对象,探究其所处区域的城景融合发展特征,以生态资源和服务设施优势为依托,提出村落空间资源活化利用和村落空间肌理优化的具体策略,形成城市功能空间与景区生态空间的区域优势集合,促进城景一体化融合发展。

Urban scenic spots and urban areas are gradually showing the trend of coordination and symbiosis,and the urban landscape integration area plays an important pivotal role as a transitional space for the interaction of the two.Taking Moshan Village,Wuhan east lake scenic area,and Wuhan as the object of empirical study,this paper explores the characteristics of urban landscape integration development in its region,and based on the advantages of ecological resources and service fecilities,proposes strategies for the activation and utilization of village space resources and the optimization of village space mechanism,forming a regional advantage collection of urban functional space and scenic ecological space,and promoting the integrated development of urban landscape.
