注浆工艺在不良地质隧道施工中的应用

摘要 在隧洞工程施工中,遇到断层、破碎带往往岩石的强度等级较低,在这些地段还经常伴有淋水,进一步降低了围岩的稳定性,恶化了施工环境,增加了施工难度。提高围岩应力的方法很多,其中,注浆加固就是其中的一种。注浆的作用,大致可以分为四种即围岩补强、加固、充填、止水。以香丽高速公路某隧道软岩破碎带的施工方案为例,解析软弱岩层隧道注浆施工的具体方法。 In tunnel construction,shattered fault zone is a symbol for low strength grades of rocks,these lots are also often accompanied by drenching,the stability of surrounding rock is decreased furtherly,the construction environment has deteriorated furtherly,the construction difficulty is increased.There are a lot of ways to increase stress of surrounding rock,one of those ways is grouting reinforcement.The function of grouting can be roughly divided into four types,surrounding rock reinforcement,consolidation,filling and water stop.That a construction scheme that one tunnel with soft rock fracture zone of Sharngri-La to Lijiang expressway as an example,in order to analysis the specific method for grouting construction of tunnel with soft rock layer.
