摘要
某钒钛磁铁矿二段闭路磨分系统采用常规旋流器进行浓缩分级时,存在溢流产率低、沉砂夹细高、循环负荷高等问题,针对以上问题进行了二段旋流器分级工业试验。研究结果表明:大锥角旋流器的应用在保证溢流细度的前提下,溢流产率提高了8.78个百分点,沉砂夹细降低了4.12个百分点,循环负荷得到大幅度降低,其分级效果显著优于目前的旋流器;同时可减轻过磨现象,钛精矿TiO_(2)回收率提高了2.05个百分点,在钒钛磁铁矿二段磨分工艺中具有推广应用价值。
Two-step closed circuit grinding system of one vanadium-titanium magnetite by using of conventional cyclones for concentration fractionation has the following problems,it has low overflow productive rate,sand settling and clamping is high,the cyclic load is high and so on,therefore the classification industrial tests of two-step hydrocyclone has been carried out for the above mentioned problems.The research results show:the overflow productive rate is increased by 8.78%,sand settling and clamping is decreased by 4.12%,the cyclic load is decreased greatly by using of large cone angle hydrocyclone and on the premise that the overflow fineness is guaranteed,the classifying effect is obviously better than the current used hydrocyclone;at the same time,the over wear phenomenon is reduced,the recovery rate of titanium concentrate is increased by 2.05%,it is worth spreading in the process of two-step grinding of vanadium-titanium magnetite.
