电解铝阳极钢爪消失模铸造工艺研究

摘要 为改善阳极钢爪的材料体系和浇注工艺,通过ProCAST软件热力学模块计算了添加微合金元素0.1%~0.5%Al、0.1%~0.5%B、0.5%Al~0.2%B以及0.2%Al~0.2%B的钢爪ZG200-400的粘度、热膨胀系数和热导率。结果表明:ZG200-400+0.5%Al+0.2%B的粘度最小、热膨胀系数最小、导热率最高,材料综合性能最好。通过ProCAST软件计算了不同浇注温度的凝固过程,结果表明:1580℃浇注较好。消失模浇注后分别冷却3 h、6 h、10 h和14 h钢爪缺陷以及微观组织计算,结果表明:冷却6 h钢爪的缺陷最少、晶粒大小分布外细内粗。金相照片表明:冷却6 h钢爪的铁素体含量更高、在晶界上的三次渗碳体更少,综合性能较好。 The viscosity,thermal expansion coefficient and heat conductivity of steel claw ZG200-400 was calculated,while the addition amount of microalloy element were 0.1%~0.5%Al,0.1%~0.5%B,0.5%Al+0.2%B and 0.2%Al+0.2%B,by thermodynamic module of ProCAST software,in order to improve the material system and casting process.Results show:ZG200-400+0.5%Al+0.2%B has the minimal viscosity,minimal thermal expansion coefficient,the highest heat conductivity,the best comprehensive performance.The solidification process with different casting temperature was calculated by ProCAST software,results show:1580℃casting temperature is better.Lost foam cooled separately for 3h,6h,10h and 14h after casting,the calculation results of steel claw defect and microscopic structure show:the steel claw has the minimal defects cooling for 6 h,the distribution of grain size is fine on the outside and crude on the inside.The metallographic photo shows:the ferrite content of steel claw cooling for 6 h is higher,the tertiary cementite on grain boundary is better,it has the better comprehensive performance.
