摘要
对4043铝合金焊材合金成分、熔炼工艺、浇铸工艺、轧制技术、退火技术进行研究。通过优化4043合金成分,确定最佳的化学成分,实现抗拉强度在(110~126) MPa之间,伸长率在27%~34%之间;通过多次熔炼、浇铸、轧制、热处理工艺的优化调整,稳定了产品质量。
The composition,smelting process,casting process,rolling technology of 4043 aluminum alloy was studied.It is confirmed the tensile strength of aluminum alloy welding stick is(110~126)MPa,the elongation is between 27%~34%through optimization of 4043 alloy's composition,in order to stabilize the quality of aluminum alloy welding wire;The comprehensive yield was increased through optimization and adjustment of smelting,casting,rolling and heat treatment process.
