摘要
针对传统铜电解半自动阴极机组功能单一、效率低下、作业人数多、作业人员劳动强度大等问题,采取了增加自动上片、剪切输送机、给耳机、给棒机、翻板机等完善相关功能、改进部分结构等措施,取得了提高机组自动化程度、提高本质化安全、降低人员劳动强度及操作安全风险的效果,人员平均作业时间由14 h/d降到8 h/d,生产阴极片从270片/h提升至420片/h。
The semi-automatic cathode unit of traditional copper electrolysis has problems that single function,inefficiency,large number of workers,high labor intensity and so on,therefore,the automatic loader,shear conveyor,milling grinding machine,fod feeder,plate turnover machine and so on were increased to improve the relative function,to improve the partial structure,then the level of automation,essential safety was increased,the labor intensity and operational risk was decreased,the average operating time of workers was decreased from 14h/d to 8 h/d,the yield of cathode plate was increased from 270 pieces per hour to 420 pieces per hour.
