摘要
针对氩系统运行不稳定的问题,分析了空分不同工况及氩系统运行各阶段影响其稳定的因素,采取了如下针对性优化措施:氩馏份控制和粗氩系统工况控制;氮侧压力、热负荷控制操作;精氩塔压力的正常操作;主塔工况稳定操作;回收精氩塔余气操作;精氩塔停机加温操作;临时停机防止氩固化等。优化实现了氩系统不同工况下的稳定运行,使氩提取率从69%提升到79%。
Operation of argon system was unstable,therefore,the relative influence factors of argon system that air separation with different working conditions and the factors of each operation stage were analyzed,the following optimization measurements were taken:control of working conditions of argon fraction control and crude argon system;operation control of nitrogen side pressure,heat load;stable operation of working conditions of main tower;residual air recovery of fine argon tower;shutdown heating operation of fine argon tower;temporary shutdown prevents argon curing and so on.Stable operation of argon system with different working conditions was realized by optimization,the extraction rate of argon was increased from 69%to 79%.
