摘要
针对全自然循环低压余热锅炉自动控制系统不完善、蒸发管束和对流管束运行稳定性差、系统积灰严重及非负压运行等问题,采用锅筒水位的三冲量自动控制、蒸发管束弯管数量增加、清灰工艺优化、7字型烟道改进等措施保障了系统的负压运行,改进后蒸汽产量提高了29.39%,连续运行时间从3个月提升至14个月,余热锅炉的水位和压力得以平稳运行。
The automatic control system of fully natural circulation low-pressure waste heat boiler is not working perfectly,the operation stability of generating tube bank and convection tube bank is bad,ash deposition of the system is serious,it is operated with non-negative pressure and so on,therefore the following measurements were taken:three-impulse automatic control of water level was adopted,the number of evaporation bundle bends were increased,ash cleaning process was optimized,improvement of figure-7 flue was done and so on,so that the negative pressure operation of system was guaranteed,the steam yield after improvement was increased by 29.39%,the continuous operation time was increased from 3 months to 14 months,the water level and pressure of waste heat boiler was stable.
