摘要
miR-125b属于miR-125家族,是一种小的、高度保守的ncRNA,在多种生物学功能中发挥关键作用。miR-125b对动物肌肉组织(包括骨骼肌、心肌和平滑肌)发育的调控受到广泛关注。对miR-125b的生物起源和生物学功能以及在动物肌肉组织发育的调控进行了总结,并着重关注其对动物骨骼肌、心肌、平滑肌细胞发育过程及疾病的分子机制研究,为miR-125b在肌肉疾病的治疗和畜禽产肉性能的分子改良提供新的参考依据。
MiR-125b belongs to the miR-125 family and is a small,highly conserved ncRNA that plays a key role in a variety of biological functions.Among them,the regulation of miR-125b on the development of animal muscle tissue(including skeletal muscle,myocardium and smooth muscle)has received extensive attention.In this review,it is summarized that the biological origin and biological function of miR-125b as well as its regulation on the development of animal muscle tissue focus on its research on the development process and disease of animal skeletal muscle,cardiac muscle and smooth muscle cells.It provides a new reference for the treatment of miR-125b in muscle diseases and the molecular improvement of meat production performance of livestock and poultry.
