摘要
针对赣南各钨矿山普遍存在的复杂空区群下平行密集矿脉开采问题,以某矿山为例,分析了该类矿体三个方面开采难点,在总结国内开采经验的基础上,初选了阶段矿房法与阶段崩落法两大密集矿脉开采方法。基于数值模拟方式分析了不同采矿方法下采场的稳定性。分析结果显示,崩落法开采对围岩的应力大小与分布有较大改善作用,能有效预防顶板塌落,整体稳定性要优于矿房法开采。最后进行了密集矿脉高效开采实践,提出了空区散体覆盖层造设技术和“门字形”浅孔切割立槽技术。该方法获得成功应用,有效解决了复杂空区群下平行密集矿脉开采难题,可给同类型矿脉开采提供借鉴。
To address the common problem of parallel dense mineral vein mining under complex goaf groups in tungsten mines in southern Jiangxi,this paper analyzes the mining difficulties of this kind of ore body in three aspects,and on the basis of summing up the domestic mining experience,preliminarily selects two mining methods of dense vein mining,namely,stage room method and stage caving method.Based on numerical simulation,the stability of stope under different mining methods is analyzed.The analysis results show that caving mining can greatly improve the stress magnitude and distribution of surrounding rock,effectively prevent roof caving,and the overall stability is better than that of room mining.Finally,the practice of efficient mining of dense veins is carried out,and the technology of creating loose overburden in goaf and the technology of“gate-shaped”shallow hole cutting vertical groove are put forward.The successful application of this method effectively solves the problem of parallel dense vein mining under complex goaf group,which can provide reference for similar vein mining.
