香炉山钨矿磨矿过程精确化及其工业应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了降低磨矿过程中的能耗与钢耗,本文针对香炉山钨矿给矿产品粒度特性,进行了磨矿过程精确化研究。在香炉山矿石力学性质的基础上,通过球径半理论公式可以计算出最佳球径,确定了实验室精确化钢球配比为Φ40 mm:Φ30 mm:Φ20 mm=30%:40%:30%,最佳磨矿参数条件为磨矿时间2 min,磨矿浓度75%,充填率35%;工业精确化钢球配比为Φ80 mm:Φ60 mm:Φ40 mm=40%:40%:20%。工业化应用后,入选合格粒级中产率增加了3.32个百分点,增幅为5.00%,钨金属量分布增加了3.16个百分点,增幅为3.97%;过磨粒级产率减少了3.00个百分点,降幅为22.50%;球磨机运行电流下降4 A,降幅达14.81%;磨矿过程钢耗下降0.13 kg/t,降幅为15.66%,取得了显著的提质、节能和降耗效果。 In order to reduce the energy consumption and steel consumption in the grinding process,this paper took the particle size characteristics of the feed ore products of Xianglushan tungsten ore as the research object to conduct experimental research on the precision grinding.On the basis of the mechanical properties of the incense burner mountain ore,the optimal ball diameter can be calculated through the semi-theoretical formula of ball diameter,the ratio of precise steel ball in the laboratory wasΦ40 mm:Φ30 mm:Φ20 mm=30%:40%:30%,and the optimum grinding parameters were grinding time of 2 min,grinding concentration of 75%and filling rate of 35%;The ratio of precise steel ball in the industry wasΦ80 mm:Φ60 mm:Φ40 mm=40%:40%:20%.After industrial application,the yield of selected qualified grain size increased by 3.32 percentage points,an increase of 5.00%,and the distribution of tungsten metal increased by 3.16 percentage points,an increase of 3.97%.The yield of overgrinding grain grade decreased by 3.00 percentage points,down by 22.50%.The operating current of the ball mill decreased by 4 A,a decrease of14.81%;The steel consumption in the grinding process decreased by 0.13 kg/t,a decrease of 15.66%.The quality was significantly improved,and energy saving and consumption reduction was also achieved.
