Study on Improving Work Quality of the CPC Members’Democratic Appraisal

针对民主评议党员工作中思想认识、自我评价、相互评价、问题整改等方面存在的突出问题,提出加强和改进基层党组织民主评议党员工作的方案,进一步严肃规范党内组织生活,提高党员队伍整体素质,增强党组织的凝聚力。

In the light of the outstanding problems in the work of democratic appraisal party members,such as ideo⁃logical understanding,self-evaluation,mutual evaluation and rectification of problems,this paper puts for⁃ward a plan for strengthening and improving the work of democratic appraisal party members in grassroots party organizations,we should further standardize the inner-party organizational life,improve the overall quality of party members and enhance the cohesion of party organizations.
