不同红蓝脉冲光对生菜生长与品质的影响

摘要 为研究红蓝脉冲光对生菜生长促进效果与品质的影响以及脉冲光对能源节约效果,以生菜为实验材料,设置四种光照环境,分别为:作为参考组的连续光CK、占空比50%的脉冲光T1、占空比70%的脉冲光T2以及占空比50%的红蓝交错脉冲光T3,T1、T2、T3频率都为1000 Hz,四组光照瞬时光照强度相同,光质比R∶B=2∶1。测量生菜冠鲜重、根鲜重、最大叶长、可溶性糖含量、硝酸盐含量、维生素C含量、叶绿素含量等数据。结果表明,脉冲光T1具有最佳的生菜种植效果,T1处理下生菜生长状态指标与连续光CK无显著性差异,且可溶性糖含量显著提高了34.12%,硝酸盐含量显著降低了37.8%,叶绿素含量也整体显著高于CK处理生菜。从品质指标上来看,脉冲光处理的生菜品质与叶绿素含量具有显著提高,且采用低占空比脉冲光处理提升显著性更明显。相对于连续光CK,红蓝交错脉冲光T3对植物生长促进效果较差,生菜品质提升幅度小于T1。 In order to study the effect of red and blue pulse light on the growth promotion and quality of lettuce and the effect of pulse light on energy conservation,lettuce was used as the experimental material,and four lighting environments were set up,which were:continuous light CK(as reference group),pulsed light T1 with a duty cycle of 50%,pulsed light T2 with a duty cycle of 70%,and red and blue staggered pulse light T3 with a duty cycle of 50%.The frequency of T1,T2 and T3 are all 1000 Hz,the instantaneous light intensity of the four groups of illumination is the same,and the light quality ratio is R∶B=2∶1.The lettuce biomass,vitamin C content,chlorophyll content and other data were measured.The results showed that pulsed light T1 had the best lettuce planting effect.There was no significant difference between lettuce growth state indicators under T1 treatment and continuous light CK,and the soluble sugar content was significantly increased by 34.12%,the nitrate content was significantly decreased by 37.8%,and the chlorophyll content was significantly increased by 34.12%.The content was also significantly higher than that of CK-treated lettuce as a whole.From the perspective of quality indicators,the quality and chlorophyll content of lettuce treated with pulsed light were significantly improved,and the improvement was more significant with low-duty-cycle pulsed light treatment.Compared with the reference group,the red and blue pulsed light T3 had a poor effect on plant growth,and the improvement of lettuce quality was smaller than that of T1.
