摘要
为明确节能潜力、制定详细节能策略,在节能减排视域下设计一种新的电力用户能效评估系统。根据用户需求建立系统整体架构,确定业务流程;结合分解思想和系统完整性要求,构建结构分解模型;将系统划分为若干个功能区,要保证功能区相互连接以及功能不重合;信息采集模块将各类监测终端部署在客户端,通过电力载波实现通信;数据管理模块建立各种类型数据库,实现信息储存与分析;在节能减排视域下评估模块构建评估指标体系,建立评估模型,完成能效评估。实验证明表明,所设计系统可以得出更加客观的评估结果,适应性较强,功能全面。
In order to clarify the energy⁃saving potential and formulate detailed energy⁃saving strategies,a new power user energy efficiency e⁃valuation system is designed from the perspective of energy conservation and emission reduction.Establish the overall architecture of the sys⁃tem and determine the business process according to the needs of users.Combined with the decomposition idea and the requirements of system integrity,the structure decomposition model is constructed.Divide the system into several functional areas to ensure that the functional areas are connected and the functions do not overlap.The information acquisition module deploys various monitoring terminals on the client and real⁃izes communication through power carrier.The data management module establishes various types of databases to realize information storage and analysis.From the perspective of energy conservation and emission reduction,the evaluation module constructs the evaluation index sys⁃tem,establishes the evaluation model,and completes the energy efficiency evaluation.The experimental results show that the system has more comprehensive adaptability.
