文化育人视域下高职轨道专业教学改革探索

Exploration of teaching reform in high vocational rail transit major under the perspective of cultural education

高职院校轨道交通专业课程教学必须融入“文化育人”教育。文章分析现阶段轨道交通类专业课程开展“文化育人”教学存在的问题,选择轨道交通运营安全管理课程作为突破点,将“文化育人”思政元素提炼融合到专业课程教学中,通过教学环节设计与实践,使学生在扎实掌握专业技能知识的同时明确职业岗位素养、职业道德以及安全素养的重要性,顺利开展和有效实施轨道交通类专业“文化育人”工作。

The course teaching of rail transit in higher vocational colleges must be integrated into the education of"cultural edu⁃cation".This paper analyzes the problems existing in carrying out"cultural education"teaching in rail transit professional courses at the present stage,chooses rail transit operation safety management course as the breakthrough point,and extracts and integrates the ideological and political elements of"cultural education"into the teaching of professional courses.Through the design and practice of teaching links,students can not only master professional skills and knowledge,but also clarify the importance of vocational post quali⁃ty,professional ethics and safety quality,in orderto have smooth development and more effective implementation of"cultural educa⁃tion"work.
