The rapid development of information technology provides a good opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of the traditional automobile industry.The cultivation of talents in the field of Intelligent Connected Vehicles is still in the exploration stage in higher vocational colleges.In view of the problems existing in the construction of the intelligent connected vehicle specialty at present,the article expounds the positive significance of the"double high"construction for the construction of the intelligent con⁃nected vehicle technology specialty from the aspects of the industrial background of the intelligent connected vehicle and the current situation of the employment market,and puts forward the construction plan of the intelligent connected vehicle technology specialty,which provides a certain reference for the construction of the intelligent connected vehicle specialty in higher vocational colleges.
