堆石坝加固工程中结构化胶结技术的应用 被引量:1

摘要 清华大学发明的结构化胶结技术通过调节自密实浆液流动性和粘性控制浆液在堆石料孔隙中的流动扩散范围,将堆石料按照设计目标进行部分胶结,在提高堆石料强度、弹性模量等力学性能的同时,仍然保持堆石料的散粒体特性,能适应地基较大变形。在覆盖层上建设结构化胶结堆石坝,可减少堆石坝体积,减少坝体沉降,提高坝体抗冲缓溃能力。介绍了结构化胶结技术在某混凝土面板堆石坝除险加固工程中的应用,该新型技术的应用可为后续相似病险坝的加固处理提供借鉴,也为新建结构化胶结堆石坝积累了设计施工经验。 The structuralized cementing technology invented by Tsinghua University controls the grouting range in the voids of rockfill by the fluidity and viscosity of the self-compacting mortar,which can partially cement the rockfill and other granular materials according to the design objectives.The structuralized cementing technology can improve the strength,elastic modulus and other mechanical properties of the rockfill while maintaining the loose particle properties of rockfill,which can adapt to large deformation of overburden.Constructing structuralized cemented rockfill dams(SCRD)on overburden by structuralized cementing technology can reduce dam volume and settlement,and improve the resistance to overflow erosion.The application of structuralized cementing technology in the reinforcement project of a concrete faced rockfill dam is introduced in this paper.This application can not only provide reference for the reinforcement treatment of similar dams,but also accumulate design and construction experiences for new structuralized cemented rockfill dams.
