摘要
选取国内在水利水电工程中已成功应用的6种环氧树脂灌浆材料进行低温特性试验研究,对比在5℃低温下浆材的黏度、凝胶时间、接触角、可操作时间,测试低温养护后材料的抗拉强度、抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,综合评判浆材的耐低温性能。实验结果表明,6种环氧树脂灌浆材料中,A系列和D系列化学灌浆材料的低温性能较差,B系列、C系列、E系列和F系列化学灌浆材料在低温下的综合性能较好。
Six kinds of epoxy resin grouting materials which have been successfully applied in water conservancy and hydropower projects in China are selected for experiments to study its low temperature properties.The slurry viscosity,gel time,contact angle and operational time of these six epoxy resin grouting materials at low temperature of 5℃are compared,and the tensile strength,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of materials after low temperature curing are tested to comprehensively evaluate the low temperature properties of these grout materials.The tests show that,in six kinds of epoxy resin grouting materials,Series A and D chemical grouting materials have poor low temperature properties,but Series B,C,E and F chemical grouting materials have better comprehensive properties at low temperature.
