高职-本科培养模式下医学人文课程综合化改革探索

摘要 医学人文课程综合化施教是临床医学专业“3+2”高职—本科分段培养模式下的教学改革与创新。以“面向基层、全科导向”的一体化人才培养为背景,进行“3+2”5年贯通一体化培养课程设计,确立课程综合、强化体验的医学人文课程综合化改革目标。教学设计以岗位人文胜任力需求为导向,整合卫生法规、医学心理学、医学伦理学、医患沟通等基本知识原理进行专题教学,以CPR教学法为基础,把不同课程有逻辑联系或共同属性的知识点和教学内容通过临床实践中的典型案例进行整合,将医患沟通技能训练融于案例教学和实训教学全过程,把医学人文教育贯通于专业教学全过程。 The comprehensive teaching of medical humanities courses is the teaching reform and innovation under the"3+2"higher vocational education——undergraduate subsection training mode of clinical medicine.With the"grassroots-oriented and general-oriented"integrated personnel training as the background,the"3+2"5-year integrated training curriculum design is carried out,and the personnel comprehensive reform goal of medical humanities courses with comprehensive curriculum and enhanced experience is established.The teaching design is guided by the demand for post humanistic competence,integrating basic knowledge principles such as health regulations,medical psychology,medical ethics,and doctor-patient communication for thematic teaching.Based on the CPR teaching method,it integrates knowledge points and teaching content that have logical connections or common attributes between different courses through typical cases in clinical practice,and integrates doctor-patient communication skills training into the entire process of case teaching and practical teaching,thus integrating medical humanities education into the entire process of professional teaching.
