学分银行的推行将职业教育的学历证与职业技能等级证有效衔接,但是,二者分属不同教育体系,获取过程存在差异。因此,要建立科学合理的标准体系实现“1+X”证书学习成果在学分银行的认定与转换。

The implementation of credit banks effectively connects the academic credentials and vocational skill level certificates of vocational education,but this two belong to different education systems and there are differences in the acquisition process.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable standard system to achieve the recognition and conversion of"1+X"certificate learning achievements in credit banks.
