摘要
“三全育人”的实质是构建全员高度协同、全程紧密贯通、全面统筹覆盖的育人体系,落实立德树人根本任务。专业课教师在高职院校“三全育人”体系中发挥着不可替代的作用,但在实施过程中还面临诸多难题。高职院校应结合自身定位,形成协同育人合力,深化课程改革,树立育人为本的职业观,调动专业课教师积极性,最终实现教学和育人的完美结合。
The essence of the"three-wide education"was to build a highly collaborative,closely integrated,comprehensive coverage of the education system,and implemented the fundamental task of establishing moral education.Diploma teachers played an irreplaceable role in the"three-wide education"system in vocational colleges,but still faced many difficulties in implementation process.Vocational colleges should combine their own positioning,form a synergistic education,deepen curriculum reform,establish a career concept that educating is the foundation,mobilize the enthusiasm of diploma teachers,and finally realize the perfect combination of teaching and educating.
