摘要
目的探讨社区护理学课程思政路径,培养社区需要的护理人才。方法以CDIO理念为指导制定和实施课程思政建设方案,对课程思政教学理念、思政案例内容、思政融入方式、考核方式等进行实践探索,并自制问卷进行效果评价。结果学生在思想观念、核心能力、身心健康、情感体验4个方面均有积极转变,对专业课程开展课程思政较为认可。结论社区护理学开展课程思政有利于学生思想情感的升华与专业能力的发展,但思政案例在融入方式以及贴合专业内容等方面仍有待进一步探索。
Objective To explore the approaches of Ideological&Political Curriculum of community nursing course and cultivate nursing talents needed by the community.Methods The ideological and political construction plan of the course was formulated and implemented under the guidance of CDIO idea.The ideological and political teaching concept,ideological and political case content,ideological and political integration mode and assessment method were explored in practice,and the effect was evaluated by self-made questionnaire.Results Students have positive changes in four aspects:ideological concept,core competence,physical and mental health,and emotional experience.They are more recognized for the ideological and political education of professional courses.Conclusion The development of curriculum ideological and political education in community nursing is conducive to the sublimation of students′thoughts and feelings and the development of professional ability.However,the ideological and political cases still need to be further explored in terms of integration methods and professional content.
