职业院校虚拟仿真实训基地建设研究--基于系统论视角

Research on the Construction of Virtual Simulation Training Base in Vocational Colleges:Based on the perspective of System Theory

建设虚拟仿真实训基地是提高职业院校办学能力和人才培养质量的重要手段。针对各职业院校在虚拟仿真实训基地建设过程中存在的框架制订失策、结构功能失衡、教学实证失准的问题,基于系统论视角,遵循整体性原则、把握动态性原则、贯彻结构性原则,从建设机制、价值意蕴、功能实现3个层面,为职业教育示范性虚拟仿真实训基地建设提供建议和参考。

Building a virtual simulation training base is an important way to improve the ability of vocational colleges to run schools and the quality of personnel cultivation.For various vocational colleges in the process of the framework of strategy,structure function imbalance,teaching empirical problems,this paper is based on the perspective of system theory,follow the principle of integrity,grasp the principle of dynamic,carry out the structural principle,from the construction mechanism,value implication,function implementation three levels,for vocational education demonstration virtual imitation real training base construction to provide advice and reference.
