纪检监察学一级学科建设的历史脉络、理论建构和发展前瞻

On the First-level Subject of Discipline Inspection and Supervision:Its Historical Evolution,Theoretical Foundation,and Development Prospects

纪检监察学一级学科的设立是党的纪检监察事业发展的必然要求,是中国特色党和国家监督及其制度运行规律的理论总结。中华优秀传统文化的传承与弘扬、马克思主义监督思想的中国化时代化、纪检监察工作的发展和党的十八大以来全面从严治党的创新性实践,推动了纪检监察学的创立与发展,纪检监察学一级学科研究范畴与对象、知识体系和理论结构、运行规律和制度规范得以确立。当前需要在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导下坚持政治引领,加强顶层设计,构建知识体系,完善人才培养机制,更好建构具有中国气派的学科体系。

The discipline inspection and supervision subject has been established as a first-level discipline in response to the development of the Party's discipline inspection and supervision work and asthe theoretical condensation of the Party and Chinese state supervision system with Chinese characteristics and its operation principles.The creation and development of this subject has been influenced by fine Chinese traditional culture,Marxist supervisory thought,the development of discipline inspection and supervision work,and the innovative theories and practice of the Party’s full and strict governance over itself since the 18th CPC National Congress.To construct this subject,it is necessary to have correct political guidance,make full use of the Party's innovative theories,enhance top-level design,scientifically construct a body of knowledge,and improve talenttraining mechanisms.A comprehensive and deep study of the object,scope,knowledge system,and theoretical structure of the subject,as well as the operation principles,laws,and regulations of discipline inspection and supervision work,is crucial for the development of a discipline systemwith Chinese characteristics.
