新时代以来,中国共产党在推进实施乡村振兴战略的过程中,逐步形成了一个从“外源”到“内生”的实践逻辑。具体来说,在党的有效组织和动员下,通过凝聚政治力量、构建制度支撑以及整合社会力量推动外部资源凝聚农村,形成乡村振兴的外源性支撑力量;通过再造村社组织、壮大集体经济以及实现利益共享重构农村社会场域,以重建乡村振兴内生动力生成的社会基础;通过重塑乡土文化认同、保障参与权以及挖掘优势和潜能实现对农民的赋权增能,从而培育形成农民的主体性品格和主体性地位,最终激发农民参与乡村振兴的内生动力。

In the new era,in the process of promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the Communist Party of China has gradually formed a practical logic from"exogenous"to"endogenous".Specifically,under the effective organization and mobilization of the Party,external resources are promoted to unite rural areas by pooling political forces,building institutional support,and integrating social forces,forming an exogenous supporting force for rural revitalization.The rural social field has been rebuilt by reconstructing village community organizations,strengthening the collective economy,and forming benefit sharing,so as to reshape the social foundation of the endogenous driving force of rural revitalization.By reshaping local cultural identity,ensuring the right to participate,and tapping into advantages and potentials,the empowerment and potential of farmers are realized,so as to cultivate and form the subjective character and subjective status of farmers,and ultimately to stimulate the endogenous motivation of farmersto participate in rural revitalization.
